Houseless Vampires

Picture
Houseless Vampires are, as the name suggests, vampires who are not part of a House. These vampires usually live in the Slums of Sanguine Town in apartments shared with other vampires, where they live in hiding from the Hunters and the Four Houses.
They roam at night, usually alone so as not to draw attention, in search of a good feed. Some will break into the Sanguine Town Hospital in search of blood, either feeding from patients or raiding the blood bank.
Others will try their hand at seducing the patrons of nightclubs, whilst there are those who break into homes in the Slums to feed from their inhabitants.
Different vampires have different tastes.
Some of the Houseless Vampires have a taste for the artificial blood consumed by the Four Houses, and will risk their lives to get it - often resulting in loss.

Appearance

A vampire looks perfectly human when not preparing to feed - although some, like the one pictured above, will have red eyes or extended canines - but upon the sight of blood or the point of extreme hunger, their faces will warp. Brows thicken and become sinister frowns; eyes turn bright yellow; fangs extend out of the mouth.
The body shape, however, remains the same no matter what.
Also, a vampire can only ever change its hair style after being turned - hair continues to grow for vampires - as well as shave, or trim its facial hair.
